We are looking for an all-round ironworker

To strengthen our team, we need your help! We are looking for a full-time (40-hour) all-round ironworker to join us. In addition to a diverse range of exciting tasks, we also provide opportunities for your professional growth.
What does an ironworker at Machinefabriek Barth do?
As a true technician, you are the link between the work planner and the welder—but if necessary, you will also weld constructions yourself. As an all-round ironworker, your responsibilities include:
- Assembling components and building the final product from start to finish.
- Handling all aspects of ironwork, including cutting, burning, welding, grinding, rolling, etc.
- Working on multiple projects, contributing significantly to the final result.
Our ideal candidate
You are a dedicated team player with a passion for the maritime industry. You know how to use your communication skills effectively, ensuring clear collaboration with your colleagues. Additionally, you:
- Have MBO-level education and experience in a similar role.
- Enjoy practical work and tackling challenges head-on.
- Thrive in an environment where hard work is valued, but there is also room for social interaction.
- Are flexible with working hours and locations.
