Replacement of waste incinerator shredder

For a major waste incineration plant, we replaced an entire shredder, including the lower and middle housing and the hood. All components were produced in Machinefabriek Barth’s workshop.

We conducted precise measurements of the entire assembly and, in collaboration with the wear parts supplier, created a complete 3D model. This allowed us to pre-assemble as many parts as possible in our facility, minimizing assembly time on-site.

Additionally, we provided the client with a newly updated spare parts manual, ensuring smooth maintenance and future replacements.
