As part of VolkerWessels, Gebr. Van Kessel has had two (Steenbergen) Hollanddrain machines in their fleet for years. Their current BSV6000 machine is up for replacement. Together, we developed the BSV7500 FH. While not entirely redesigned, at Hollanddrain, we understand our customers' needs and incorporate them as much as possible into the machine’s base design.
The new machine has turned out to be an impressive powerhouse. Weighing over 62,000 kg, delivering nearly 1,000 HP, and capable of a minimum digging depth of 9 meters, making it a true beast in its segment.
In just a few weeks, we expect to hand over the keys to the customer, followed by the test trenching phase!
